Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Free trial class

• One free trial per student account..
• Reschedule once with at least 12 hours notice, at no cost.
• No-shows without notice forfeit the trial slot: a session counts as a no-show if the student has not joined within 15 minutes of the start time.

Single class bookings

• Free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the class start time.
• Inside 24 hours the class is charged in full: the slot cannot be re-offered at short notice.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• Where a refund is due it is issued less any banking or payment processing charges.

4-class bundles

• Each class in the bundle follows the same 24-hour reschedule window and 15-minute no-show rule.
• Unused classes stay valid through the end of the WA school term you purchased in, not a rolling 30 days. Purchase in the last two weeks of a term and validity carries into the following term as well. Whatever the term calendar works out, you always get at least 6 weeks from the day you buy.
• Classes not used by the end of that window are forfeited.
• Refund on any unused portion if requested within 7 days of purchase and before any class has been taken, less any banking or payment processing charges.
• Ongoing students keep their weekly time from term to term by default.

Pair and trio (group) bookings

• A group session is one shared slot: all students must agree on the reschedule or cancel time.
• If one student cancels inside 24 hours or no-shows, that student is charged in full under the single-class policy; the session still goes ahead for the others.
• If a group permanently loses a member, remaining students move to the correct rate for their new group size from the next booking, not retroactively.
• A group that drops to one remaining student converts to the solo rate going forward, or can pause until a new partner joins.

If Dr. Singh needs to cancel

• You will be notified as early as possible by WhatsApp or email.
• A replacement session is offered at no extra cost, or a full refund for that class with no deduction if no suitable time can be found. Banking and processing charges are absorbed by DocDesk Academy in this case.
