Questions

Everything Perth parents ask us

Straight answers on scheduling, payment, recordings and cancellations.

Is this actually live, or a recorded course?

Every session is live, one-to-one video with Dr. Singh: real-time, not pre-recorded. Sessions are recorded afterwards so your child can rewatch them from their account.

Dr. Singh is based in India. How does the scheduling work?

Sessions are booked and displayed in Perth (AWST) time throughout, so the time you see is the time your child sits down to class. Weekly classes run Monday to Thursday after school; free trials run Friday and Saturday.

Is it safe to pay an overseas tutor?

You can pay by PayPal, which carries PayPal buyer protection, or by bank transfer to our Australian account details. Both give you a clear transaction record. You pay per class or per 4-class bundle, never a large sum upfront.

What if the trial class is not a good fit?

There is no obligation after the trial. If it is not the right fit you simply do not book further classes: nothing is charged and nothing renews automatically.

Can we do small-group sessions instead of one-on-one?

Yes. Pair and trio sessions are available for friends or siblings at the same year level, booked into a single shared slot, with a maximum of three students so sessions stay interactive.

What curriculum does this follow?

Every session is mapped to the WACE Biology syllabus and marking scheme, not generic biology content, so class time goes directly toward what is assessed.

What is the cancellation policy for paid classes?

Free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before a paid class, and 12 hours before a free trial. A class counts as a no-show if the student has not joined within 15 minutes of the start time.
